At The Karmic Collective, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated and intentionally crafted products. Many of our items are handmade or produced in small batches, and we ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order.

 

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used items

• Personal care items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thekarmiccollective1111@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will gladly:

• Replace the item, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
