Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the possession of USPS, The Karmic Collective LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

• Contacting your local USPS office

• Filing a claim directly with USPS
